A majority of the information is public and needs to be aggregated. Some of the research data required is confidential and require more knowledge and/or contacts. Part-time/full-time expert in telecommunications needed for International Web-Video Project. The position requires detailed knowledge of telecom sector in Kazakhstan in order to offer support for Video Production team. The support includes providing expertise for the video content and interview questions, as well as supervising the content and the results executed by the research team.
